Guest Vendors:
The Benevolent Baker
Garguilo’s Bakery
Indulge with Chocolate

Nicole Bubolo from The Benevolent Baker will be bringing us samples of various grains
that are safe for Celiacs.  She will be giving us ideas and suggestions on how to use
these grains as well as information on their nutritional value.

In addition, we will have Mike from Garguilos’s Bakery in St. James back with a
whole new and improved line of GF baked goods.  He and Barbara Bonavoglia
have formed a partnership and will be producing a wide variety of terrific
gluten-free goodies!

Catherine Wilcox from Indulge with Chocolate will be
introducing some great GF chocolate items.

2008 Vendor Fair
Many people have inquired about a Vendor Fair in 2008.
We do not plan on having a Fair this year as we are still searching for a suitable location. 
This has proven to be a very difficult task inasmuch as we need at least 10,000 square feet
of space, ample electrical capacity for the vendors as well as many other requirements and
all at a reasonable price.

If anyone has information about a location that would work, you can contact us
through this website.  We hope to find something soon and are working towards
another Vendor Fair in 2009.
